The ACL heat shielding works a treat. Ford use it as an OEM solution to shield the headers on their Falcons and Territory's. You can get it from Super Cheap Auto.

Also echo the heat wrap...or you can send the headers off to HPC Coatings in Leongatha Vic to be ceramic coated. But don't put the exhaust wrap over ceramic coated headers...the wrap will go brittle and the ceramic coating will end up flaking off. I speak from experience! (was ill-informed by a tuner to do this and it ended up being a costly mistake for me).
