The front cross member,the double cowl hoop, and the tubing on top of the frame rail all look like a Johnex, but the top rail on the Johnex curves down just ahead of the crossmember, whereas yours continues forward to the front of the frame. Big clue : the Johnex had a perimeter frame with a unique curved crossmember under the seating area, with additional diagonal bracing going forward and outboard. What does yours look like underneath ?

I honestly haven't looked under the seating area...but next time I get a chance I will. So you think it could be a Johnex? Based on other comments from people this car is sounding like a hunk of junk...

I had a Johnex at my house not that long ago, this is not a Johnex.
