New gas coming to stations
Do NOT use E15 gas!!
Don't use NEW GAS COMING TO STATIONS
While this gas is currently sold in only a few states, it's important to
know the harm it can do IF you are traveling through states & are faced with
the option to buy it. This short video could save your car from damage and
void your warranty!

Well, there is a simple solution for that. If enough people have damage on their fuel systems and engines - they just have to find a good lawyer and sue the gas stations/ oil companies because of negligence. Why? There are no warning labels on the pumps, you buy a product which kills your car! They sell the product even they know it damage your asset.
Keep in mind it worked with cigarettes, it will work with that too.

Gee-Pete... Yeah, the oil companies really would rather sell you ethanol made by Midwest farmers than their own oil? The Renewable Fuels Standard was passed in 2005 and updated in 2007 to mandate increasing amounts of renewable fuels in gasoline and diesel. IMO RFS is a jobs program for ethanol producers and Midwest farmers. Anyway, this is old news because 15% ethanol in gasoline has been proposed for a long time. Oil and auto companies are fighting it.

Its not that easy. You just don't sue big oil. I actually work for at an oil refinery here in Los Angeles. We currently blend 10% ethanol in our gasoline before it goes out on trucks or the pipeline. Havent heard of E-15 yet?

Jeeez!
I guess now I need to re-plumb my fuel system with high-purity titanium piping and find a titanium carburetor. Maybe a titanium fuel tank too? Hell, I don't know if all that would even stop them.

You'll not have a choice. Stations will replace e10 with e15 as they will not have enough pumps to do both

Go Ethanol Free
An even better choice....E-0. Ethanol free is the way to go. Depending on where you live of course, but it is available and I think becoming more so. Find your station at Ethanol-free gas stations in the U.S. and Canada.
Ironically, even though it cuts out a step in the process, you'll have to pay a little more for it. But it may actually be less expensive in the long run with better fuel mileage, not to mention the damage you will be avoiding by using 100% gas. I've been using it in all my vehicles for well over a year and plan on continuing to use it, even if it does cost more. Kind of like my own little protest I guess.

One greedy law firm is enough -- and there are 1000th's out there.
Oh, just check the last oil spil in the Texas Gulf.....bleed bleed bleed -- Even the Horizon was not owned by a oil company !!! These lawers had a field day.
I see the same coming with the damage of millions of cars!

Make friends at your local small municipal airport. Better yet, make friends with someone that owns a plane there.

IMO thinking that you can buy retail gasoline without ethanol is a scam. You can't legally sell on-road gasoline in Oregon or California (and probably a few other states as well) without ethanol in it. And exactly where was the gasoline made? Most oil refineries don't make gasoline that is not meant to have ethanol in it. Ethanol has an octane of about 115, refiners make a sub-grade gasoline delivered to the terminals such that when the terminal loads a truck and with 10% ethanol it is 87, 89 or 91, 92, etc. octane. Airports and boat marinas are the most likely the only place to find ethanol free gasoline. I think there is only ONE refinery on the West Coast that makes Avgas, the rest is railed in from the Midwest. The Sunoco 260GTX is a good way to know for sure you are buying gas without ethanol.

For us there is no way around E-10 since the closest station that sells pure gasoline is an hour away. So we deal with it every way we can with additives and keeping an eye on things. Still have been stranded on motorcycles because of fuel line failure. Thank you to those who helped regulate this.
