bought a diamond in the rough

Hey guys new owner here. Recently bought a kit not sure what manufacturer. At a closer look you can tell the car was built by someone who was either rushed or didn't put a whole lot of heart into the full picture. I look at all of these factory 5's and others and I'm missing some commodities for example. Looking through the front grill is all open to the wheel wells. The truck is completely open w just an old gas tank, there is no gas cap on the fender. Just a few things that really tick me off that I'd like to get added. I'm located in lafayette louisiana. Do any of you gurus know of somewhere in my area that can flip my doll around. Excluding engine. tranny. Paint. All that's good
