One thing to continue to remember here. My 97 C4S was a far different car than my 78 930 which was probably closer to the Cobra. Any modern Porsche can often be driven at, say, 80% and unless you're cluless it likely will be "exhilarating". 80% in a Cobra will likely result in substantially higher % of bad outcomes. That and the realization that bad outcomes result in big sheet metal expenses in modern Porsches. Those outcomes in Cobras usually involve a far bigger risk to YOU
