I had a similar problem ... I had an expert help hook up my "system" to my computer... Turns out it was a bad ignition control module.. I have 8 stack TWM with an accel GEn 7 computer.. Feel free to PM if you want to chat more

Thanks guys¡ I think is the fuel injector controller, attached a picture of the PCM or ECU, The injectors cables go directly to that box, not fuse or relay found. I will call Roush to see what are my options. Thanks
