No "frame" on a unibody car.
And transferring a VIN to a Dynacorn body is not legal. A Dynacorn shell can only LEGALLY be registered just like a kit car, as a self build or a replica dependent upon your state regulations. Now we all know that some cars have been "rebodied" with a Dynacorn shell however selling "new" cars using the shell is way out of bounds on legality.
