I guess those 50th annv Rebadged kirkham cobras will be "real cobra" in the year 2066.
Well, where do we start with this sh#t?
Might want to check some chassis builders like Pinnanfarina for Ferrari and many others. Then maybe check Audi using Lamborghini engines in their cars.
The list goes on...
Point is that everyone out-sources what they need to build a car. Still happening today.

Or GM using rebadged Suzukis.

Move on now. Nothing new will be added from this point on.

Actually, it's the other way around. It's the primary I bought an Gallardo back in '08. Italian styling....German electrics, running gear, powertrain. What you'd call a perfect combination.

Here's a slightly used REAL Porsche for sale in NY area. Just needs a little buffing out and good as new! What the hell...this thread is going to hell anyways!

Porsche 918 Spyder turns up at salvage auction

All the Gallardo engines were Audi made and shipped, as were gearboxes and AWD units.
I can't recall, but also, that might have been when they had 3-4 V10 engines but all were slightly different blocks which I never understood.
