I had a customer who took his turboed sports car to be serviced. Little did they know that he had his office opposite where the garage was. 1 hour later they did a burn out coming out of the workshop. He was fuming and told them rightly so. Also we had a workshop boss who used to do a handbrake turn into the middle of the workshop where I worked, and then did a burnout on the way out. No respect.

Yup, I have a friend that had a very expensive Lambo. When he would leave it at the shop he would ask where they wanted it parked. Then he would take the keys and registration with him and tell them "if you need to move it or start it, call me".
That was after he left a previous car at some shop for work (window tint) and what do you know? It disappeared from his driveway 2 days later. Keys and remote had been copied and they had his address from the registration.

Back on topic...Zaino is awesome stuff and so are their towels. It can be hard to sort through their product line. A car painter friend that does high-end stuff swears by it.
Still like Griot's stuff as well. I think when you get to those levels, there may be only slight differences and more of a personal preference.
