When you have the reverse angled shifter you can't even really see the insert. I, too, agree that not having it there at all would be nice. Uhhh, but not so nice that I'm going to toss that Walnut Burl knob in the drawer to get one without it.  That was a pricey knob if I recall correctly.... |
