What do you use to clean the exhaust?

What do you use to clean the exhaust?

So last night I cleaned my rims and exhaust for the first time. I used plenty of water and soap for the rims and then hand dried them and they came out perfect. I then went to use the same technique on the passenger side exhaust which was fully cool and when i went to dry it there were lots of droplet marks everywhere so I stopped and didnt do the other side. Can anyone tell me what technique or special cleaner/polish they use. Thanks
