Same block, you mean the 385 series is a 460 block too, then yes.

Ya, my flywheel cover hit the street one time coming out of a parking lot, and it wasn't that steep.....

As you can see in the photos, I have 2 drain plugs plus a bung for the oil temperature gauge.
I was not charged any more for custom dimensions / specifications. Prices include pickup and windage tray. Price list is here: Road race oil pan

Looks nice.
For amount of oil with your 460 and this pan, did he say the amount and what dip stick to
use ?
Also, did you make the headers or did West Coast Cobras have them ?

I put the oil pan on a level surface (bottom surface is parallel to frame rails and almost perfectly horizontal to ground) and filled it to the level I wanted with water. I carefully measured the water as I filled it, so that was easy. Once the pan was installed I filled it with the same amount of oil, inserted the dipstick (generic dipstick from Summit Racing) and marked the dipstick at the level indicated by the oil.
I'm the 3rd owner of the car - the headers came with it and have not been modified by me. I believe they came from West Coast.

Also worth noting that the intake system (manifold plus carb/EFI throttle body) has a large variance in the 385 series.
For example, the Torker II is the shortest intake - all the rest are higher. I use a Torker II.
Also FWIW the Holley throttle body is at least an inch, if not 1-1/2" shorter than a Holley carb if memory serves correctly. I use this also.
That said, I still have a vertically sorta ugly scoop on my E-M to accommodate a reasonable size air cleaner. Not sure I want to lose a bunch of HP by using too small a filter area.

which is the Torker II with the Holley 1000cfm throttle body.
I use a K&N oval air cleaner with about a 4" tall element, not sure this is exactly it - been too long - but same idea:

And here's the scoop:
The engine is a 521 with a Crane Hyd roller, Ford Racing aluminum heads around 10:1 compression and Holley EFI. If you want some more specific info, just ask.
This is an E-M Cobra dimensionally, so it may not match exactly with any other brand of replica...
