Default BDR cooling

Guidance appreciated:

Looking to upgrade my 2012 BDR by adding an oil cooler and pusher fans which looks straight forward but, I'm not having much luck finding aluminum shroud options and radiator mount frame options.
To help cool the z460 I upgraded to a larger radiator and higher CFM puller fan. There was so much heat in the engine compartment that the car vapor locked after a few miles. Moving to a FAST EFI fixed that issue.
Anyway, I was hoping to find radiator shroud options for both intake and post radiator, and move the large radiator from a vertical mount to an angle (currently hangs just a bit lower than the frame which obviously makes ground clearance even more of a concern).

I've seen some pics of aluminum shrouds that look awesome and seem like they would efficiently funnel intake air towards the radiator.
So, I'm looking for:
1) Intake aluminum shroud options
2) Post radiator shroud options that augments the current plastic shroud that came with the fan
3) Mount assembly needed to put the radiator at a slight angle
4) Suggestions on an oil cooler with thermostat that closes fully (some allow a small amount of oil to flow when shut which I want to avoid)
5) Suggestions on pusher fans with mounts (preferably not the center bar style - yes, I know pushers won't help much if at all).

Thanks a bunch for the assist!

Sounds like you might want to find a fabricator for the shroud and mounts.

I wouldn't waste time and money on the pusher fans unless you want the "look."

I agreed that pusher fans do very little to help your cooling. Unless you want the look don't waste the time and money. Lots of oil coolers available from Backdraft, Finishline, Tony Branda and many others. Based on experience I think the best oil thermostat is the Canton unit. Installing the Canton unit is some work due the piping required but they are well constructed and work great. The only thing I modified on my unit was the mounting bracket. I elected to use the Canton billet mounting bracket for the oil thermostat. It works good and looks even better. Unfortunately, Canton stopped producing the billet mounting bracket for the oil thermostat so they have become hard to find. I just looked at Canton oil thermostat on eBay earlier today that included the billet bracket. If I was looking for one I would snap it up because you just can't find them anymore.

Keep in mind that most people who own a BDR purchase them already built and drivable, and don't do anything more than routine maintenance and general repairs. Custom mods are not common. Unlike the FFR, there's not a lot of aftermarket support.

3. You'll have to custom fabricate that yourself.
4. You want some oil to flow through the cooler at all times. Otherwise, some of the oil will warm up, the thermostat will open up, and cold slug of oil will hit you bearings. And that's a bad thing.
5. Spal makes a couple of efficient pusher fans that might work for you, depending on what you have in mind.
