When I see something like that I can't help but wonder why they don't triangulate the central tunnel structure properly - they could gain significant torsional rigidity with a very small increase in weight.

based on what I see, IMO, not worth more than $3,500 or 4K. Ton of work there left to do. Lots of missing parts.
