Hi Karl,
As Mark IV eluded to in his post, the part is no longer available from Ford. However, using the manufacturer part number C2AZ-7277-A in an eBay search will bring up what you are looking for. I ordered mine from one of the vendors on eBay for less than 1/2 the cost Superformance wanted.
NOS boots are available on occaision, but they cost anywhere from $100 to $300.
I would venture to guess that most of the reproduction boots probably come from Asia.
