Mark !V my post regarding copyright issues was in regard to this post and others wanting to use the Shelby Cobra Snake within the CC emblem. A dissimilar badge with a
generic looking snake of the clubs design would probably not be an issue.

If the CC badge was done so a standard "Cobra" nose/trunk badge could be installed, there would be no issues as they are licensed via Ford by the manufacturers, ACSCO [http://www.acsco.net/emblem/index.asp] is the original supplier and there are other licensed suppliers) As Ford has approved these and gets their license fee (very familiar with this, I held a Ford Restoration Parts license) there is no concern.

Note that ACSCO shows several of the Shelby Cobra emblems from the round type to the 69 GT 350/500 type to promote their products.
