Sorry I am late to the party! I am in for 2 badges!

My wife is a Trademark Atty (don't hold it against me- she's really a sweet person and works as inhouse council, not in a practice these days.) I will have her review the trademark issue this weekend if that is OK (of course no charge).

Shouldn't be an issue since the Shelby Cobra emblem wasn't used and this version is dissimilar.
