Kind of hate to say this but I own the last one from DST, the original supplier. I bought it NOS from Mr. Mason a few years back. He said it was the last one he had.

Mason's Dearborn Steel Tube was making new replacements in the 1980s. DST would take original style and new versions to some of the SAAC conventions in the eastern part of the country. I looked at both and the price was the same if I recall correctly. I bought the original unmolested alternator from CSX2332 instead. In later years the relatively short lived website DST kept offered new fan and sheave assemblies for sale.
Assembly versions with large diameter sheaves that I know of:
1962 prototypes, more than one version
1963 Ford production
1964 production, mostly CSX2201 and later Cobras
post production service assembly with no part number stamped in
1980s re-issues
