Thanks! I'm going to pick up a cable at napa. Went the old napa today, but they closed 😭

I'm going to replace the whole boot. The tear got bigger on the ride home, I dont think the glue will cut it!

I've been assembling all the fluids, oil filter, etc. To get everything ready.

The passenger side rear wheel came right off today. I bet the dead blow hammer doesn't give it enough torque 😁

I started cleaning up all the CV grease too.. what a mess 😩

Just a long overdue update...

I ended up replacing all 4 CV boots last year. The other 3 were cracking, so it's time to go.

I also ended up replacing the speedometer cable to fix the fluctuating needle.

Theres been so much.. here's a list:

New (used) RT shocks
RT sway bars
Pulled transmission, resealed input flange, changed output seal
Replaced valve cover gaskets twice (second time the charm)
New air filter, customized via mallet to fit
New fluids. ALL of them. Plus spark plugs
Avon cr6zz tires
New mini starter
New (used) leather wheel
Shoulder harness belts, head rest
Oil pan gasket

It drives like a different car now. I think I caught all the leaks.. I thought the oil pan was leaking again, but it stopped for whatever reason. Calling it good for now

I took it on its first track day at the avs kart/drift track last friday, it took it like a champ. Well behaved in the turns. You only have to watch out for trail braking oversteer
