I just talked with Lloyd's Mats and they can do custom mats made to our measured pattern. Utilizing their best lifetime warrantied pile with the our Cobra logo we're looking a bit over $200. They are closing for a month though. After they open I'll send them a pattern for both and get an exact quote. I had their best pile mats in my C6 Z06 for 13 years and 110K miles and they still looked like new. I don't think you'll find a better value.

Wow buddy, good job.

$200 (+) is steep for me, but quality saves money in the long run. I'd like a large mat in my trunk as well.

I did a little, searching and this is another company that can create any logo in a few different types of materials.

https://lloydmats.com/custom-fit-flo...idered-design/

This company also has the Cobra logo.

I know I'm hooked on my Group Buys, but maybe we can get one going for high quality mats ?
Not only here on CC but other forums.

As a data point - I placed a Finish Line order on 3/12, received a notification of shipment with tracking number on 3/20, and package arrived today 3/28 (they’re on the west coast and I’m in East Tennessee).

Now it seems more difficult to reach some one at Finishline. Ordered in July and got the reply that they move to another building. Since July I have emailed Finishline 6-7 times. No reply at all. And only the answering machine is on. Any similar or positive results from buyers?

I've spoken with them twice last month without issues.
Pretty sure they are a one man operation, as the owner is a bit frazzled every time we speak. Covid surely is helping the logistics.
I do know they're only open 9am-5pm PDT or 6pm-2am your time in Germany.

Just tried a minute ago. Forwarded to a voice mail system and then a digital lady voice asked if I still be there. If so, please hang up. Dead end.

I spoke to him yesterday on the phone. He said he has been super busy and that the fires in Cali are very disruptive to his business (smoke makes it hard for him to work in the building) and that he just moved to a new building, too.

He said he was working as hard is he can to complete all backlogged orders and to expect 2 to 3 week lead time on my potential order.

Communication is not their (Taylor’s) strong suit. But I did order a couple Lucas fan switches two weeks ago and they arrived a week later.

Yes, I ordered some products on 9-5-2020, credit card was charged immediately . Checked the account regularly and nothing has been shipped. Emailed the address given on their website twice asking for an update. No response. Finally sent them an email that if I didn't receive some sort of explanation or response I would request my credit card company cancel the transaction. Again, not even the courtesy of a response from Finish Line so I have cancelled the order and received full credit from my card. Suffice it to say, I will never order again from this company.

My experience has been mixed but always got the product.
Sometimes right away other times weeks upon weeks then VOILA!! it arrives.
It seems like common items that are likely in-stock ship without issue
otherwise your order will languish in purgatory.

Finish Line is really convenient for many small items but if you need it now and
you're up to the search task, everything can be found elsewhere.

I always put in orders approx. 1 grand one or two times a year, so a reply via email should be just normal I think.

I'm in the mail order business too and every parts will be shipped in 1-2 days. And communication with customers was and is always essential. Not only these days. If I would be in the US, he would have a major competitor. The demand for parts is there and by the end the fastest with the best prices and service will win.

Just to a few friends and sometimes on ebay. Not on a professional way.

fyi, from facebook 30 min. ago

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to put a post out there to let everyone know what is going on here at Finish Line Accessories right now.

In July I moved to a new location in Oakley Ca. As with most things in 2020 nothing went smoothly and it put me way behind.
Once I got things back to operational and started to catch up the wild fires started here in California. Due to the heavy smoke and terrible air quality it made it very hard to be out in the shop packing orders and putting in the hours that I needed to.

I am currently about a month behind and I am really trying to get things caught up here. I am so sorry to everyone that has experienced delays on their orders.

Right now some of my phone numbers are not working as the numbers are being transferred to new providers that service my new address. My main local line is functioning so please feel free to call that number 925 849 6331. The (888) and (954) numbers should be back online in a week or so.

I want to thank everyone for supporting Finish Line Accessories.
I wish you all the best through this tough year, and if you need me please reach out to me.

Thank you,
Taylor Holmes

What does the drivers side mat look like when the brake and clutch pedals come through the floor? does the mat stop before the pedals or have slots for the pedals? The floor mat becomes a traction surface when getting in and out , how are they anchored?
