Sounds like you have a great combo going on! As I have stated many times here, a lot of the race drivers said they enjoyed the AC289 Sport the best for just driving hard for fun. I have semi converted a few of my British car friends who hate the S/Cs, by showing them 427-428 street cars and AC289 Sports all clean, they usually say, "now that looks more like a proper British car! If my small block MKII does not pan out, then one of the above cars will do just fine! Cheers, Dennis P.S. I just got a line on a AC Bristol powered Ace, I am going to call on it tomorrow.
