Last week I think it was I couldn't get on for a day and several others posted they couldn't either. But since I am not over here that much anymore I just wait until it is working again. It would be a shame to lose the site completely as there is so much great knowledge and information on here.

Gary,

There are plenty of issues with the technology on this site. For this particular issue when you post, you frequently get an error message leading you to believe your post didn't work, so you try again. The error message is erroneous, resulting in a double post. So, if you get this error, rather than posting again, back out and you'll see that your post did indeed go through. If you typed a lot and don't want to risk having to type it again, copy it just in case. I've done that but have never had to repost as the original post has always been there.

I've said this before, and will say it again, this site has been and continues to be the best source of information for our Cobras, to lose it would be a shame.
Now on a completely different note, this Club has come be a source of friendships all over the US and the world, I joked with Brent (EM-0785) Saturday, we could travel this great country and have a friends/club members garage every night for the Cobras to stay in.
We may have to sleep on the floor, but the Cobras would be safe & secure ;)
Cheers TommyRot.

Sort of "I don't want it any longer, but I don't want anyone else to have it either. I just don't get it.

Sadly, that's pretty common in the forum ownership world. Either that, or they sell the forum to a large network, who then usually runs it into the ground on autopilot with way more ads.

Forum maintenance is like a Cobra. Or a boat. Never ending money pit.

FWIW. I have experienced no problems and have an old iMac running OS 10.
