The tunnel comes out of ERAs for easy transmission removal then pulling the engine is easy.

Just remove the seats and the trans tunnel will come right out. The trans is removed from the top. If using a cherry picker you will have to come in from the side instead of the front.

Disconnect the transmission, leave the bellhousing on, just go straight in with your lift and here's a pic of a friend's ERA having it dropped in with a Kubota.
