Pat's Burnout

BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!!!!!

Reloaded vid for all to see. The below video depicts grown men performing less than sane acts in a Cobra. If you are offended by a "Burn-out", do not watch this video!!!!

But if you like a B@d @ss burnout with pipes blazing, then turn up your speakers first!

Eric

Try this, my first attempt

Okay, Fixed it!

How do I?

Guys,

How do I change the text of the hyperlink to something other than what it is in CC posts?

Eric

ERA535 07-11-2002 08:04 PM

Thanks Eric!

Specialk 07-11-2002 08:09 PM

Pat,

It sounds like the exhaust mods were worth it! Very nice indeed. Thanks Eric, I needed that. **)

Great Asp 07-11-2002 08:09 PM

my son had to help dad!

Pat,

No problem, a proper burnout to be sure!

My son helped me with the http address.

SSSnake 07-11-2002 08:23 PM

Eric:

Not bad for your first try, but it will take 4.5 hours to download with a phone modem (thank God I have a cable modem). Should be only about 3 meg., needs to be converted to mpeg. Here is a great site to show you how to do that. BTW, I did enjoy the burnout, did a big one at the bar last night.

Video Help Site

PAT:

Did you start in first or second gear?

ERA535 07-11-2002 08:33 PM

Jeff-

Made 2 mistakes...

I started in 1st and I was wearing sandals - one of which came half off as I went for the brakes! Had to do the last two barefoot.

With the local police, the crowd, Jamo, et al all yelling for a burn out it was too much to resist!

WOW, how scary. Besides endangering dozen of spectators it violated just a few traffic laws and at least two crimes that i can see. Very irresponsible to say the least.

bonyhadi 07-11-2002 08:38 PM

there should be a caption, do not download unless you have a t1 line.
Nice job LNP!! Brings back good memories. I remember Jamo taking over as Matre'd and
rearranging the tables at Quaker LUBE plus meeting lots of great people!

Specialk 07-11-2002 08:43 PM

But it is still much safer than punching a bear in the face.

creeper
You...oh never mind.

ERA535 07-11-2002 08:49 PM

Creeper -

Yeah!!!

Totally cool though. I loved the part where the local cops started yelling "light 'em up!!"

Glad you loved it! Thanks for taking the time to download - you may want to save it someplace handy so you can view it again and again! Put it on your desk top!

SpecialK -

That is funny!

Where did THAT come from!

dodedodedodedo--nobigie--dodedodedodedode--youcandothis--dodedodedodedodedo....

Turk 07-11-2002 09:01 PM

How come no one taped my burnout? Mine was a lot more irresponsible than Pat's. I had NO brakes..

TURK
Lot better, and smokier too.

ERA535 07-11-2002 09:06 PM

They did...just didn't bother saving it.:3DSMILE:

creeper 07-11-2002 09:31 PM

And you wonder why insurance companies are dropping cobra replicas.

Turk 07-11-2002 09:39 PM

I do wonder why insurance companies are dropping cobra replicas?
Please tell us!

Sometimes Insurance companies drop your coverage because where you live rather than what I do with mine 3000 miles away.
Your own driving habits, where you park your car, and the loss history for that area has a lot more to do with it, than a "controlled burn-out" under police supervision in a private parking lot

TURK
Mine is not dropped. They think I am a good enough driver that I can get my car insured for $78,000 at $165.00 for every 6 months.
