"knock offs" is a term often heard used by old man himself.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was NOT as accidental as it appeared. It may very well been part of the press release or the talking points provided by none other than.......

I have argued this point with SAI for better part of two years. Demeaning the Replica Industry does NOT bring any added value or legitemacy to their cars. Actually it hurts them.

My guess is, there are far more qualified and interested buyers among those who currently own Cobras than those who own Nissans..

They seem to have a healthier attitude as of late. Too little too late and I am not sure CS himself has changed much, I know some of his employees have.

I wonder what the market will be like 5 years down the road. I don't mean the value of cars as much as who will survive and who won't. It is my opinion there will be Cobras built forever unless the regulatory agencies put the brakes to it. So we all better get used to getting along with one other.

The car we drive today maybe needing spare parts from a company tomorrow that is different than the company we bought our cars from.
