When i was up at the Olthoff's last week, Dennis showed me the copy that the author signed and sent to Bob. Bob provided a number of pictures from his racing days for the book. When i get mine, i will ask Bob to sign it for me.
It really is a great book, with some (obviously) never before printed pictures.
