Neither is mine registered with SAAC. I don't believe you have to register a car with SAAC for the manufacturer to be able to tell what a car is or isn't.

I bet the folks at SAI can tell you if a car is Anniversary Model or not, they are compiling data for the new registry, and have information on every car they built.
