Messenger Service Pop Up

Everyone please accept my apologies for posting this here. I am really at my wits end. Every couple of minutes I get a Messenger Service pop up right on my screen which covers everything. If I hit the "X" button to close the window, about 10 of them come up in a row which I have to close.

I have tried "control-alt-delete" and the messenger service on the screen drops off and another one pops up. The messages are for skinny people and "destroyads.com" The ad I want to destroy is THEIRS!!!

I have even tried ALT-F4 and the window I am working in closes and the stupid "destroyads.com" doesn't even close. The message states "Do not click on this ad because you will not be taken to this website. Write it down and go there." Way too scary for me.

Anyone have any ideas? HELLLLLLLLLLPPPPP!
