To Trav,
I have a 2002 Tacoma Double Cab with a 3500 lbs cap. and a 350 tongue max.
I live on an Island and to get on and off you must travel by boat for several hours. The Loading ramps at the boat are a problem with the low clearance of the side pipes. Trailering is a must even if I am going to drive it after it gets there.
