While at the Spring Fling I was thinking of the soldiers in Iraq and other places who were at risk so that I could continue my enjoyment of many freedoms. I was able to have a great time because of the courage and the sense of duty of dedicated patriots. I join the rest of the nation in saying thanks.

A big thank you from all of us down south. We appreciate all the young men and women that enable so many of us to take our way of life for granted.
P.S. My daughters fiance' has been activated and will be going to Afganistan the first week in August for a year or more. So, they moved up their wedding to July 25. Great budget buster since the oldest daughter got married this past January.
