There is no conspiracy here, as several have said 90% of the people looking for "Cobra's" on E-Bay don't know the different Cobra kit car/replica manufacturer's. E-Bay isn't going to give seperate sections for the different manufacturer's and that means there is only two places to look, 1). Shelby Cobra's 2). Kit Cars. Since Superformance Cobra's are not "kit cars", then some list them in the Shelby section. I think your example of the E-Bay ad shows that the owner says several times that it is a Superformance Cobra. A buyer can see the different manufacturer's on E-Bay and then "search" the web for the companies websights to get more information. By doing the search they usually run into Club Cobra, which by the way comes up when you search for "Shelby Cobra" also.
