Nuke: "Probably wouldn't even have a Shelby category if it weren't for the repro's" GOOG POINT. How many REAL Shelby's are there listed under the "Shelby" category? Not nearly as many as there are replica's listed.
Ask someone on the street to close their eyes and picture a car. Tell them to first picture a Corvette. Then a Shelby (or even use AC) Cobra. Then ask them to picture a "Superformance." Most will say "a WHAT?"
It's just good advertising to place a REPLICA of a certain vehicle along with the originals. It would be different if he were asking 100K and never mentioned it was a Superformance. THEN, Evan, you would have your lawsuit (or at least something REAL to complain about!). ....Maybe someone should buy this car, get it home, and sue him for false advertising, saying they thought they were buying a Shelby Cobra!? .....oooops! I may have just given 'Ol Shel another reason for a lawsuit! Pretty soon he'll sue Ebay for allowing these people to use his name while advertising their cars. You gotta think:$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
