On a personal note:
My Cobra was VERY recently sold. How ironic that the car that inspired me to get "political" is now gone on the very eve of the Bill passing into law!! I had even seriously considered MOVING to the mainland because it is SO difficult to register a "replica" here.

I am now carefully considering my options, which will become more clear when the "Bill" is law! I was "this close" to moving to San Diego as recently as a couple of weeks ago!

I just opened a new business here ("Smart Building Control") and things are looking rather nice. By golly, I think I'll stay and enjoy the fruits of my labor!

Great news. Now that you can register a Cobra there do you need a flunky to carry your laptop and drive you to your job locations? I work cheap. Just food and lodging and a chance to watch you ride your motorcycle off the cliff once in a while to break the motony.

The last and final Hearing on the "Cobra Bill" passed with 100% vote. Now it's on the Governor. As there is no longer any party opposed to the bill we confidently expect it to become law.

Finally, there will be a much easier way to license a replica in Hawaii.
