Thanks for the photos that really helps alot. Couple of questions...How far would you say the fans are from the radiator? 1"-2" ??? I'm not sure why you used the red gasket material. Was that to take up any slack inside the larger tube because it looks like you bolted the brackets to the cross bar which would have tightened them up anyway? Also what size fuse did you use to protect the circuit? The POR 15 that you used....did that come in a spray can and did you spray it on the motors too?

Question for anybody: Does a hoop bumper come with some sort of side brackets already on it, and then you have to adapt that to the overriders?

Typically the front nudge bar comes with the side brackets attached. You will have to play with the fit but in all likelihood you will have to adjust the over riders from where they attach to the inside of the fender wells. That is what I had to do on my SPF or the over riders will not be straight when viewed from the front. A bit tedious but worth it.
