When I got my EM they still offered Chevy engine configurations. I'm surprised to hear they don't anymore. I see you are a fellow Minnesotan. Classic Roadsters II (previously mentioned) is located in Sauke Center. It would be worth the trip to visit Don Scott and tour his shop. There are two Cobra owners in the Twin Cities with Chevy engines that I know of (I don't associate with them)
