I put mine on the night before the race or show for maximum stick. Sometimes I use a little soap, helps to move into them into place "just right". Sometimes just water.
Sometimes right at the track! It's usually HOT here with low humidity. Plain water, squeegy, and a few minutes in the right conditions and your good to go. Otherwise, let it sit overnight.
I tried the "dry" method, it don't work!
