The following letters might make a good custom license plate for those in the know. They are "NYFAIM" and they appeared in an inconspicuous spot on the number plates of the cobras that raced for Shelby at the end of '64. What do you all think?

'04 Viper--"OH VIPER"

'66 Contemporary---"OH SNAKE"

I just received mine in the mail yesterday, MPG LOL, it was my last choice behind
I8A 4RE, KICK AZZ, and ENGINRD. The last one is to explain how a 25 year old could have such a car.
Living the dream.

I like it! Problem is that in CA you need to provide a description of what the plate means and they won't go for the "A" explaination.
Unless I say it stands for "New York Fame" and I'm a lousy speller:LOL:

frankeeski 04-01-2011 03:52 PM

NOPE!! My tags read "CDN COPR" I reside in southern Ontario Canada. I painted the BRM snake "solid copper, with no strip" The unit should be on the road mid summer 2011.

Waiting for mine to arrive from DMV. NCE.ASP

RamblinWreck 05-11-2011 07:10 PM

My Texas tag is HSSSSS. Can't wait to get the car on the road. Fitting the body now.

I've got a 1965ASP plate. Can you believe that I have people ask me what is an asp? Before that I had GUDBYE.

lens427sc 06-23-2011 05:07 PM

The plate I got for my 1967 Everett Morrison Cobra is SSSN8KE. I still get a laugh watching people saying what they think it reads.

Donald H. Criss 08-07-2011 03:54 PM

I tried "XLR8R with the NCDMV...No go..I ended up with "XLER8R"
