I always thought it was 10%, but, maybe they have a lawyer on staff trying to hold onto his job, they could tie you up in court for a few hundred years. better to contact them and pay their 7%. I heard that's what Dynacorn pays for the rites to make the 67 Mustang body shells

Ford ought to either stop them or make them produce a better product. I have been doing Mustang work since 1969 and I examined their body and listened to their promotional talk and then came home and examined a real one ('67 GT500) and none of what they claim is evident in a direct comparison. Heavier metal, extra supports,stronger...BS... pure and simple.
Anyone that replaces their tired ol' '67 body with one of theirs will be sorely disappointed...and Ford licensed them?? I guess the color of money is hard to resist when you are going deeper into debt daily.

Dynacorn's Mustang and Camaro shells are licensed by their respective parent
companies. It was a long drawn out process to get both GM and Ford to grant
licenses for these reproductions because of product liability concerns. Both
companies feared that tort actions arising out the use of these shells may have
gone against them rather than Dynacorn. I think GM and Ford only granted
licenses after Dynacorn agreed to indemnify both companies from any liability
concerns based on the use of their reproduction shells.

Is the red coupe a Saab Sonnet or a Marcos GT? I can't keep the minor league players straight in my mind anymore...

Check the thread from a while back when Buzz modified the concept car. Way nicer and you probably wont have copy issues. Except with Buzz

Saab Sonett MK I......

And yes, the picture is a copyrighted Ford image. I am amused when I see people advertising "component cars" using pictures of the vehicle they are replicating. I Sorta like the 17 year old kid that took deposits on McLaren replicas using real McLaren photos........................the scarey part is people sent him deposit money!

Perhaps if enough people send deposits for this "car" he will look into tooling it and perhaps building some before he goes bankrupt or just "disappears".
(Gee, sorta like a certain person that now owns "AC"........how many of the CT. built cars have you seen and where is the new Smart based AC Ace?) Hmmmmnn.....
