Whoa what fun. I checked out a few of the other videos there also.
Great listening with the head phones on at 9 - 10...

Wish you could have been there, Bernie. It was a great time.
Who do you like in the TDF this year? I think Alexander Vinokourov may be the one.

Sounded like he did it all in one gear to me

Good call, Bryan! I was wondering when someone would notice.
I have a bad left leg, and if you look at my info. in the upper left you will see that I am using an AOD. The instructors said to just put it in "D" and try to concentrate on following the instructor's line and being consistent. If I had downshifted for the turns, it might have helped somewhat, but I was having a hard enough time as it was concentrating on just getting close to his line in a lot of places.
Maybe next time they will let me use something besides third gear.
I'd recommend that school to anyone, especially those like me who have never been on a track before. Great price, great track, and great instructors.
I went to just get a feel for the car's limits to be a safer driver on the street, but I never came close to them this time and now fear that I am hooked after all the fun. I can't wait to go to another school.

Awesome Dave, look like a blast! One day I'll try it.
For now, I'll just have to practice on our winding roads.
Better yet, make a road trip and give us some pointers.

Roushac
For the TDF...
Well I did have a few thoughts, but I am watching some of the top riders fall by the way due to doping links.
The latest being Pettachi from Milram.
I would like to think that the Aussies have a good show.
I was talking with Cadel just a few days back and he is feeling good after his Romandie win and the second place in the Dalphine Libere.
www.cadel.com.au
Rogers is also a good one to watch if he is team leader. Not sure on what the the Dico team will do. Have you heard who their team leader is.. I was tipping either Hincapie or Donaldson after Basso was dropped. Mmm and no CSC so there goes the O'Grady, Schlecks etc etc...
Yes Vino is a good chance with Robbie in sprints and KOM of the mountain will be the chicken again.. ...but hard to pick 1, 2 and 3 in the GC though..
The track video was great to watch and listen to.
Sure looks like a good time. You did not let that instructors car get to far ahead either..
Cheers
