Thumbs up

Hey Tallguy,
Scott is right on about this. I said basically the samething on another thread. That's how I bought mine. Over the past four R&G's I have given
a minimum of 20 rides to people that were there looking and considering a replica.
I'm not positive but I think RCR, Shell Vally, Midstates, and many other manufacturers
will be there. They always bring a variety of replicas and they all play on the track. This is not to mention many other owners with a variety of replicas also.

Thanks r scott and Hersh for the replies. If I can free up the days, I'll be there. My wife's b-day falls during the event, and I can't seem to convince here that this would be a great birthday getaway gift... With or without er

Default Yea I'm coming

r scott richey Yea I'm coming. This is the 20 year event. I would hope that alot more of the gang is coming. Gary Perioa, Smith Brothers, Jeff Swartz, The corvette gang from the now gone D&D club. Bob Self, Stacy P. Wayne turpin, MR PICKLES, and the list goes on. Need to pull heads on motor and repair ripped out helicoils. New clutch is needed also. Centerforce is in the garbage. Looking for a little more warmer weather this year. I got tired of hugging my side pipes for warmth. Another 3 weeks before I can pull motor. Rick L.

Was hoping for an old ERA cobra with 58mm webers was coming but new job keeps the owner/driver very busy. We have a group from TEXAS coming, lead by that LADY driving pepe. Lew Payne has his car together and is waiting for R&G. Clois is up to ? His camp is quiet. Maybe a sleeper this year Loking forward to MR. Yale again. Still need new motor with another 100hp for that red coupe. May put 6-spd back in car for race. Rick L.

Hi Rick, Thanks for responding. It sounds like you've news on who's all coming. I haven't been in a while and really looking foward to the event. The only thing I've changed on my 289 is I've converted it to a carb setup rather than the fuel injection. The main reason for that is to ease maintenance. I can grasp the concept of a carbs mechanicals better than I can a computerized fuel management system. Look foward to seeing you.
