Don't kick yet, you may replace them and that was not the problem! If it wasn't, look at the bright side, you will have some purdy MC's that I am sure some one will want. It just seems like you have carefully done everything else (although I don't recall you talking about bedding, bias adjustment or alignment) so they are the big ?
