question about finish line accessories
I would like to purchase some exhaust shields and floor mats for my husbands superformance for Christmas and found them through finish line, and I would like to know if anyone has experience with them, to know if it's a reputable website to purchase from.
Thanks!!

If you are talking about Finishline in FL, they are a top notch place with quality parts. I think they are having holiday specials right now too. If you are talking about Finishline in Las Vegas, stay away!!
Here's a link to the holiday specials.... Vendor Holiday Specials

the one in florida was indeed the one I found...good to know; this will be the first purchase we've made for accessories since he got the car, so it's hard to know the good from the bad!! Thanks for the quick reply!!!

I second Sals opinion on FL Finishline. Enzo is great guy to deal with.

You are a good woman!!!!! Just order everything they have for your husband. It's only money. My Christmas list is not needed since I got the Cobra. Gave Enzo's web site to the wife and kids. All they need to know.
Been extremely pleased with quality and service from these folks.

Bear in mind ordering parts for a Cobra can get tricky, not all Cobras are created alike. Finish Line specializes in FFR, generally speaking. Floor mats for that car won't fit an ERA, for instance. Same with side pipes, they might be 'close' but not quite 'right'. You might want to check out the return policy as well.

I found that they had a couple of different types of floor mats, and one of them said it fits the superformance-so I think that's fine. As for the exhaust shields, is it something that he'd be able to kind of retro-fit to his car if it's not specific to the spf?-he's a pretty handy guy.
Thanks!

I want to add that he really wants to put the shields on because we have a 4 month old and a 2 year old that he's terrified of being burned if they get into the garage after the car's been run. I burned my leg pretty bad the first time we rode in it because I forgot about them when getting out of the car, and he doesn't want anything like that to happen to our boys. He knows that it still won't be cool to touch, but thought it would cut down the heat.

Can't go wrong with Finishline, I ordered many parts for my Cobra from them. Good prices, great customer service and fast shipping.

If you call finishline they can tell you if the part you want is specific to the brand. Some are FFR specific, come SPF specific and some generic.

While most of us DON'T like the heat shields your point is well taken. A friend of mine recently broke down and installed heat shields just because to many of his friends (girls) were getting burned (not by him, the pipes ). With a little work almost any shield can be adapted, some look better than others. With a family around he NEEDS to do this, but he might not be thrilled about needing to do it.
I had a 15 year old passenger who burned her leg really bad, I seriously considered putting shields on, opted instead to not carry any passengers.

I recently ordered an item from Enzo and the customer service, website and shipping (i.e., everything) were perfect. The item fit perfect too. Good outfit.

Order from Finish Line with confidence. Great people and great service. I've ordered several items from them the past few years and have always been treated fairly. -BTW: I have the Superformance floor mats in my SPF and they fit great (I wish they had the snaps on the back though).
Not as thick as the SPF mats, but still good quality. -Your husband will like them.
