I'll remember to tell that to my friends, some of whom may have been your customers in the past. I'm sure they will tell two people, who will tell two others and so on and so forth. Wonder how that trickle down effect will work when it crosses over to the other collectors of fine time pieces who may or may not have been your customers in the past. i am the biggest dealer of vintage and collectable watches in Australia, i have sold tens of thousands of watches over 20 years, with 1 count them! 1 complaint, in 20 years. and i sell all over the world with NEVER a watch back. Thats why i would have handled this whole situation differently. TAGs dont count in the watch world, so tell as many people as you like, Dont forget the TAX MAN he might want to know about me too.
