I guess it's my turn for a crack at lewis........
First off, you screwed up, plain and simple......My guess is you were going to "flip" the car and it didn't work out and you lost....you threw the dice and it came up snake eyes....put your tail between your legs and quit.....as others have said, when you find yourself chest deep in a hole, QUIT DIGGING.........
Now, too calling everyone here a "redneck",well, that's where I take offence .......not everyone here is a redneck and your actually giving true rednecks a bad name by doing so ..
We have Cajuns (like me), we have yankees, we have them folks in the republic of kalifornia,we have a bunch of guys from down under and England of a whole bunch of other foreign countries and we even have one big ole Armenian!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have met and do know a handful of your fellow countrymen and I must say, I have liked them all,so you must be the exception to the rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

and calling JohnnyMac a redneck is just plain wrong...I've met the guy and he ain't no redneck, he's a Yankee, barely .....he may be a lot of things (depends on whom you talk to) but he ain't no redneck..............
I'd suggest before you try to buy another car, make sure you DO INDEED have the funds to pay for it before entering into any type of deal..........even a fifth grader would know that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And what do we consider these poor orphans from the rest of the United States of America. They can neither be considered rednecks, nor yankees

Well, Bill, technicality anyone north of the Mason-Dixon line is a yankee with the exception of kalifornia...like the fellow said in Days of Thunder, "you ain't a yankee, you ain't really nothin"
But there are exceptions to every rule.........I have met as you know a bunch of guys from up north and after getting to know them, I wouldn't really refer to them as Yankees, just good ole boys and friends.......
I guess I grew up thinking the term yankee was not a good thing to be called, so even though your "technicality" a yankee just because of your location, doen't always mean your a "yankee".........

nothing wrong with Kalifornia really, I know some fine folks over there, been there once myself many moons ago and enjoyed it,but for the most part, it seems like a lot of kooks and idiots and knuckle heads have moved there!!!!!
Seems like the most bizarre things usually come from Kalifornia, course we have a few "bizarre" types down here also, but we just call it "inbreeding".....
Bill; please do,hoist the jug that is, I ain't right now, kinda overdid that this weekend, so I'm laying low on the stuff right now...........

Well, Another day dawns in good ole' aussieland and I've pondered my mood as suggested.
I now find my post has been taken as a personal attacks against a number of members.
"Rebel1, in case you misunderstood, I accepted personal attacks against me without responding in kind, as others did. Whether that's gracious or not, I'm not sure. Just didn't seem to be a situation to lash back.
In any event...let's keep this one fun, and forgive each other's unintentional transgressions."
I'm obviously not in as good a mood as what I thought. I can't for the life of me see any personal attack, or any unintensional transgression on my part except to repeat what had already been said by some members, and to make some comments regarding those posts.
However, to those who consider I've done them an injustice then please accept my sincere apology.
Maybe as Jamo has kindly put it I need to examine my mood further. So to this end I'm going to take a Hiatus from Club Cobra until I can redefine my interpretation of freedom of speech.
Cheers
