Definition of "errands" for restricted insurance policy?

I think the "use" definition is a bunch of B.S. If you are paying for limited milage, say 2000 miles", what difference does it make if those miles are accumulated going to the store or a car show. Miles are miles. Also, remember who your agent works for. Not you, that's for sure. Their job is to pay out as little of the company's money as possible.

Incorrect, the agent is responsible only for selling you the correct policy and coverage.

The claim's adjustor is the guy that handles and pays your claim.

Not the same person.

Not all insurance companies have adjusters in all areas. I've had to take estimates to the agent for approval.
