Rev Limiters Save Lives
... and you should have a rev limiter. If your floor mats jump up on the pedal, or you bust your throttle springs, or if the linkage just sticks at WOT, you can throw your clutch in and the the engine will be bouncing off the rev limiter until you regain your senses and turn the key off.  |
