I know mine wouldnt hold very well. They are just bolted to the fiberglass, not hooked to the frame at all.

Hello,

While I've never seen one bolted to the fiberglass. There are two reasons you wouldn't want to use them. 1. you have a fiberglass body and you don't want to tweak it, 2 your have an aluminum body and you don't want to tweak it. It's two 7 or 8 inch long bolts that will flex!

During racing, they could give a rats ass if they bent the aluminum (and it did) they would just hammer it back into place tomorrow.

If had them would use them, my bumperettes are bolted to the frame.But having a floor jack it is still much more convenient to jack off the frame, it always lifts both tires off the ground.If I spent a lot of time racing the car and needed to change rubber in a hurry would have a pit crew knowledgeable in quick jacking car.
