I'll say it again as I have nothing to lose or gain in this situation.

Walk away from this one.

Plenty of others out there that are legit.

Vsloun,
You have received some VERY good advice here. This "kit" is a disaster waiting to happen. Look at Mr. Mustangs signature line in his posting, he has a very nice FFR for sale for the $23 - $24 thousand range. You can 't POSSIBLY complete this car you're looking at for this amount, and it's not a respected name like FFR. You can't go wrong with this deal.

As a disclaimer, I have nothing to do with FFR, and I have never met Mr. Mustang. However, FFR is a very well known and respected name in the industry, and Bill (Mr. Mustang) has been on this site for a very long time, has offered his expertise and help on countless occasions to all here, me included, and he is known and respected. If I were you I'd get on the horn with him and work out a deal. All his car needs is paint and you're set to go. This car you're looking at is a black hole. Bill's car is as inexpensive as they get, and it's a FFR, so you know that at least it's solidly engineered and resellable. Good luck.
