Question about CNC slave cylinder ???

Question about CNC slave cylinder ???

Anybody is using a CNC slave cylinder p/n 305B with the rod p/n 1312 on a
T-5 tranny. The rod will fit the cylinder.
I have to buy the rod but i don't know if the rod will fit on the tranny,i.e proper lenght,etc.
Anybody has the same application,i called a distributor in IL that sells it but he's not 100% sure.
