What Undy said is dead on.........
Distilled water and water wetter is good, but I would also add about one gallon of good anti-freeze, I've found this to help a lot.... On one vehicle I worked on, just the anti-freeze alone was good for almost a 10 degree drop in temp.......Plus it helps lube the water pump and slows down corrosion in the block......
